Slumber Party Fun
A few of Leila's friends stayed over for a slumber party after the pinkalicious party. A few highlights from our night....the girls screaming singing "This Girl is on Fire" while the windows were rolled down as we drove down Garrison Ave., riding the hog at Ed Walkers, and their expressions as they saw the giant cheeseburger!
Our night took a slight detour when we got the call that Cal had cut his eyebrow....
He was happy to hang with the girls while Daddy and I got things ready for him to visit the er. Daddy saved the day and took our little cyclone to the hospital so the girls could continue on with the fun! Stuffing unicorns, coloring pillowcases, nail polish spin the bottle, and movie time.
Then, Callum got home and we were so proud of how brave he was for his stitches!!! Tyler said he only wimpered when they gave him the anesthetic. Such a trooper!
Here was another reminder of how our Kitty is growing up. The gifts that she received were things like necklaces and bracelets, legos, a tote bag, journals, and neat pens and pencils. Big girls gifts. She was thrilled, of course! It just seems like this is all going way too fast!
A Pinkerrific Party
Pinkalicious has been Leila's favorite book for years. She decided that she wanted to have a pinkalicious party to celebrate her 6th birthday. It was fun "pinking" out the house and planning fun girly games to play. Tyler even made a lemonade stand for her birthday party, actually, it is for all of our kiddos. It turned out perfect......or purrrfect as Leila would say! ;)
It was a great party with lots of great friends!
