Branson

We ran up to Branson for a quick trip to have some summer fun! We stayed at the Big Country Inn and the kids enjoyed the outdoor and indoor waterpark areas.

Saturday, we went to Silver Dollar City for a birthday breakfast with Team Umizoomi! It is Celebrate America time at SDC and the grounds were beautifully landscaped and decorated.

We rode some fun rides!

After SDC, we went to the Branson Landing to use our birthday Build A Bear gift cards from Nana. The twins built puppies for their first building experience. Leila picked a palace pet. Asher saved his money for shopping at Bass Pro. Everyone left happy!

At SDC, Asher and Leila were able to do something that I got to do when I was little….spin art shirts!

Lots of family fun!

Celebrating Cal and Caroline!

Their last night to be 2 years old. Just hanging out together watching some Peppa Pig. This really made me think of the nights we spent in the living room feeding our preemie twins their bottles…all of us just hanging out together. I treasure those memories!

This morning we had to go to Sam's. This was one of the only places that I was able to shop when they were babies. The big carts were a must!

They had lots of birthday wishes and phone calls from grandparents today. We even made a stop for lunch with Nana.

Then, we met Daddy for dinner and some fun downtown. We were so happy that the rain quit long enough for us to get to do this!

Back home for some presents and brownies! Caroline was so excited for her presents…she put all of them in a pile and exclaimed "I got ALL of this!". Cal was unimpressed. He was super excited for his dump truck that came with screwdrivers to take it apart and reassemble as a race car though! The brownies won him over in the end!

What a fun day celebrating our Cal and Caroline! Asher and Leila are great bigs to these super littles! Love to have special days like this with my 4 little ducks! Happy Birthday, sweet babies! You are soooo loved!
